Hey cupcake, are you out there??
Please excuse me if I already posted this card awhile back but I ran across the file tonight and I started to chuckle. This card was suppose to be for a friend but on the way to meet her for coffee one Sunday am I dropped it in my driveway. It got wet from the snow and ice and I ran over it twice. When I went to give it to her I couldn't find it and it was unbelievable. Anyway better late than never right? It was made on a Savvy notecard and I love their notecards. I hope to post a couple cards on Thursday from my classes last week. We are suppose to get a big snow storm so they say so I will be stamping all day. I may go to the POST OFFICE very early if I can get my packages ready for shipment. The PO is my home away from home. Take care now and so much for spring. Well it is MN after all and only still February. I'd like to thank all the lovely ladies that attended my class last Sat. in Little Canada. We always have fun at Caribou!! Stay warm. Tami :')

Its a NEW Release day at Elzybells UK!!
Have you heard the BIG news? Elizabeth from Elzybells UK has released several new adorable stamps!! My favorite is Just desserts !! I have always been a fan of her stamps and I want more. Click on the Elzybells link located on the lower right side of my blog and check them out. She is offering some fabulous blog candy although I want to win it!!
Elizabeth offers clear stamps made of high quality polymer as well as wooden ones. You can safely store the clear stamps on acetate sheets and in plastic CD cases.
They are really easy to use. Simply peel stamps off the carrier sheet and attach onto an acrylic block for stamping - no sponge or tape required! When you have finished stamping and have cleaned the stamp, simply peel off the acrylic block and stick back onto the carrier sheet. I got this information off the Elzybell website.
Thanks. I personally love all her girl STAMPS. I have quite a big collection of her adorable stamps but of course I want more. I'd especially love to win the blog candy. Thanks for reading this PUBLIC notice. Anything to help a good friend over in the UK!! Elizabeth you rock.

A GUY card with a cute little button!!
Today I thought I'd feature a guest artist Sherry and her cute little masculine card. I am not sure if the paper is from Basic Grey but regardless I love it!!. She taught me how to use faux thread on a button. Just cut a little sliver of paper and thread the button(s). Its really fun when there's four holes (oh my, that's what I called "advanced sewing")! Don't you just love her card? I do. Tomorrow I will post my MACHO card. Right now its in my trunk and I'm too lazy to go get it, scan it, and crop it. Have a super weekend. I'm teaching another card class tomorrow. Any takers?? If so, email me. Thanks to all the great ladies that came to my class today. We always have so much fun!! I hope my friend Sherry Baby will not mind I showcased her quick and easy guy card on the 'ole bloggie. I recently added two birthday classes at Smudges in March. I plan to update my class schedule this weekend. Do something fun. Tami...Peace out!!

ATC for Smudges!!
Here's my ATC for Wed. nite at Smudges. I've been making kits all day for the ATC group project I'm leading and for my upcoming Birthday classes this Friday and Saturday. I am dead tired right now so I can't get into all the details at this late hour on my ATC. I know I am suppose to be all about the details but trust me this little 2.5 x 3.5" ATC is very detailed. It took me forever to make 10. I started them on Valentine's Day actually at Archiver's. I hope you all have a great Wednesday. Goodnite. Tami...Main image is by Missy Ballance. I love her stamps!!

Valentine Make & Take at Smudges Feb. 14
Here's my card for Saturday as promised. I designed it from the piece of May Arts ribbon I got at Smudges. I wanted to stamp you make my heart sing but I couldn't find that particular stamp. Imagine that? I'm so NOT one of those *perfect stampers* you read about that shares her photos of her perfect craft room outfited by Pottery Barn or whatnot. Ok, I'll admit it I'm being a little naughty and maybe just a tad bit jealous!! I can if I want to!! Anyhow, please stop by if you dare on Sat. around noon time or so at Smudges of course and bring me a little LOVE because I certainly need it!! I'd LOVE to see you...my friends in MN! Again, Happy Valentine's Day!! Tami...the SASSY stamper!!! Lots of love sent your way.

Happy Valentine's Day my little love muffins!!
Good evening my friends. I thought I had posted this card earlier but obviously it did not work. I wanted to wish you all a Happy Valentine's Day. I will be doing my first Make and Take at Smudges on Saturday. Please stop by if you can and spread a little love. I'd love to see you!! I am very pleased at how my card came out for Smudges. The free Make and Take is from 12-3 pm (3 meaning it ends at that hour).
This card was made with Taylor's new Valentine cupcake stamps. I love them so much. I sanded the pink paper after I Cuttlebugged it with the heart folder. The ribbon is from Archiver's. I also Cuttlebugged the little heart on the right with the Swiss dots folder and then I flipped it over and stamped the little hearts. The arrow is a Quick Kuts which I glitted up with a paintbrush and white stickles. I have to sign off now as Ugly Betty is on and I love that show. Tami BIG smooches!!!

A little love because you are special!!
Hello-
I had a super busy weekend but it was so fun. I went to a Cookie Crop party all day on Sat. up in Pine City, MN and to Arthur Murray Dance Studio in Edina, MN on Sunday. I had to go watch Gwen cut up the rug as she performed to 20 dances. WOO HOO girlfriend!! (I was cheering for everyone including the professionals). I am sure I'll be seeing you on Dancing with the Stars in the future!!
I do have two classes coming up this Wed. at Smudges (see my class schedule on my blog if you are interested) and my very first *Make and Take* at Smudges on Valentine's Day Feb. 14 from 12-3 pm. I hope you will stop out and bring a little love my way!!!
Lastly, here's a card I recently taught at Smudges. Its pretty self explanatory hopefully but please note it is centered properly on a brown Memory Box note card. I did use my heart Cuttle Bug folder as well as swiss dots CB folder on the bottom and on the arrow. I've had the heart folder for a very long time and just recently started using it. I did sand the pink paper too. I did buy a new CB folder this weekend at The Pine City Scrapbooking Co. to use in my classes for the masculine birthday card. I can't wait to play with it!! Finally I found it. Have a great week. Its time to get busy and prepare for my upcoming classes this month. Thanks for visiting my blog. I am certainly not Taylor but I try!! I am sorry for the lousy cropping job. I feel like a broken record!! Tami

Hi friends!
Here's my card as promised. Can you say creamy brown? Man I love that ink! I had a GREAT day at Smudges yesterday and the DQ cake was the best! It was so great being with such wonderful people. Today is Leslie's birthday so a big shout out to the birthday gal! Thanks to all that attended my recent classes. You ladies totally ROCK!! Its so good to be back in the saddle again!! I will be teaching two classes next Wednesday at Smudges. I believe one starts at 1 pm and I will offer the same class at 6 pm. This is one of the cards. Big news for Sat. Feb. 14 so stay tuned.
Sandy if you are reading this I wish you safe travels and remember to walk like an Egyptian. It was so nice seeing you yesterday!! I'm so sorry I forgot to give you a BIG farewell hug. Thanks for stopping by and I will post another card just as soon as I unpack from yesterday. Thanks for the blog love. Tami :0) SMILE

Sandy, HT and Candy!!!....Hi friends
This card is posted for three very special friends. Warm wishes ladies. It was meant to go with my last post. The file was corrupt so it wouldn't upload properly. I finally got it to work so I'm happy for now. I try what can I say. I do have another one all set for my next post. I say woo hoo on that one!! Please excuse my poor crop job. I am still learning or should I say I'm a bit rusty! You know, its a case of the "rusty pickle snydrome" (just a little private joke from Sunday's class). The pretty background paper is from Rusty Pickle company. On that note its back to more late night stamping for 'ole woodey girl!! Thanks for visiting my blog. Tami :-)
Brrrr!!!!!....and only in Minnesota...
...can a person store ice cream overnite in your trunk inside of one's garage!! The DQ shop wasn't too busy this evening!!! Gee I wonder why? Right now its 1 degree and that's above zero. Tomorrow is my first class of 2009 at Smudges and we have a few birthdays to celebrate after class. Shhhh...its suppose to be a secret!!
Ok...I must cut to the chase as I have to finish up a few cards and get my beauty rest!! Here's a card I taught on Superbowl Sunday and I must say I'm loving it!! The stamps are from My Favorite Things and this stamp just spoke to me. It is available at Smudges. Sorry to say so but I love how it all just fell into place rather easily. I love when that happens!! I did use white frosted lace stickles on the Cuttle Bugged snowflake set and an antique button. I hope you likey. I better go now and get back to work. Happy Day and please leave me some blog love so I know I still have at least a handful of readers. I never thought the day would come that I beg for a little love. Adios amigas! Warm hugs!! Tami Whami....PS. Thanks Mary for helping me make my cards sparkle and shine. You totally rock girlfriend. I will be back with another card on Thurs. morning. I have a really busy day on Wednesday. Ciao!!
PS...Yippy skippy...Let's start out things with a bang. Blogger won't let me post pictures so here we go again. I will post this and try again for the card photo. Geez I tell you its always something. Night night. Thanks for stopping by. Tami
