I taught my first Graphic 45 class on Sunday and I thought my cards came out pretty good if I must say so myself!! Pat pat on the 'ole back back!! LOL!! I can not tell you how much I love this paper line and their beautiful tags. I literally swoon over anything by Graphic 45!! The awesome ladies in my class yesterday all had a great time and we made five different projects!! They made some pretty amazing cards and little gifts. In addition to the cards, we made a little purse complete with chocolate and a very lovely tea bag holder complete with tea bags. I can't wait to make more!! I've also got the bug really bad for Glitter Mist. Donna aka "Mrs. Grungy" brought me a lovely gift. She made me a Graphic 45 ATC holder. It was so awesome. Thanks ever so much Donna!! You totally rock and I can't wait to craft with you and the other chicks on Friday up in Pine City!! We are going to have a blast with Marni! I can hardly wait to go!!

I hope you will treat yourself and sign up for one of my classes soon!! I have met some incredible women this past year and I am so grateful for your business, friendship, and support. A BIG THANKS!! I may be adding a Memory Box class or two up in Brainerd, MN this summer if all goes well. I for sure plan to have a "Memory Box Stamping Gala" at The Garden Room in Moundsview more than likely in July. That's all for now my friends. I hope you had a great holiday Monday. Thanks for stopping by and its back to work for me. Tami :"]

hello...

I received this beautiful card in the mail last Friday from my friend Penny. She makes the most amazing cards and is just the sweetest person ever!! I hope you don't mind Penny I posted your beautiful card. I think she altered the little flowers with Copics? We'll see if I'm right when she answers my email!!?? It looks like some type of ribbon whereby she cut the baby flowers off, colored them, and then added a clear rhinestone. Penny used a Nestabilities. Would you believe I've never really used these die cuts? I have two packages but I've never opened them. How sad is that!! Someday!! It's a pretty chilly day in MN. 57 degrees. I got up super early as I couldn't sleep. Too much on my mind and lots on my "to do list" with deadlines so I must get busy. We had a brief rainstorm this am and of course I left my car window down yesterday. Silly me. Nothing like sitting on a wet seat!! LOL!! I had a great class yesterday at Lunds. The women that took my class were so awesome. Thanks again for spending your Sunday afternoon stamping with me. Oh happy day it was!! We are having the most beautiful sunshiney weekend here in MN. I will post one of my own cards from my Graphic 45 class yesterday in just a bit. Speaking of classes, I have three this week and I'm taking one at Smudges on Wed. evening. I can hardly wait to have Leslie instruct me and stamp with three of my friends!! Leslie...look out girlfriend!! I will be going to Pine City on Friday with my gal pal and partner of crime Cindy to a special one year anniversary chick flick two day Crop!! I am beyond excited and can't wait to hit the road. We will be cropping at The Pine City Scrapbooking store! Woo hoo!! There is still time for you to sign up and party with us. The price is really reasonable in my opinion. Its going to be a fun roadtrip and a great two day get-a-way!! Look out Pine City here we come!! Later chickadees!! Give me some blog love please!! Pretty please!! Tami :o)

Another butterfly card!

This card is so pretty in real life. I recently taught it as a sympathy card or thinking of you. The background paper is by Melissa Francis and was purchased at Smudges. I used Memory Box canary pearls or 14-karat pearls on the Martha Stewart butterflies (which I also Cuttlebugged). I love this soft pastel card and the cardstock is Peach and mint Stardream from Anchor Paper. I also used Neenah Natural White linen. I put on a single knot pale cream ribbon on the left side with a glue dot. Thanks for stopping by. I wish the picture of this card was better. Happy long weekend for those of you in the US!! I'll be stamping all day Sat. for my Sunday Graphic 45 class. Tami

I will post a card on Friday at some point for sure. I'm still accepting signups for my Graphic 45 Class this coming Sunday at the Plymouth Lunds. Let me know if you'd like to join us. We are making five really awesome projects. Happy Friday. Its time for bed and I have to get up in just a few hours. No rest for the wicked they say!! Tami :-)

Day-79 Monday's Manufacturer 365 Cards!!

I had a chance to be the first to post on 365 Cards so I flew off the sofa and got one of the cards out I taught on Sunday. I hope you like it. I am SO happy to be number one!! Woo hoo!! I say Sherry...eat your heart out and I beat you girlfriend!! LOL!! Its all in fun trust me!! I love this feeling!! I finally was able to post a card and I truly LOVE the fabulous Graphic 45 paper and tag lines!! Good nite my stampy friends. Staying up late has its advantages!! Happy new week!!... Tami :]

New Classes!!...

Hey peeps....Its late and I just woke up from the sofa. Darn it I missed most of Desperate Housewives. I am too tired to find a card from my Sunday class at Lunds but I promise to post one on Monday. I had a great class and we always have a blast.

I just updated my blog with this weeks upcoming classes. I hope you will join me. I am showing the Copic video at 5 pm prior to my Copic 101 class . The class is at Anchor Paper in St. Paul .

I've been working off and on this past week on my upcoming Graphic 45 classes. I must say I'm very pleased with my cards. I totally love that company. Their paper is so awesome. I have put my scrapbooking on hold but need to get back to it soon.

I worked at the MN State Fairgrounds on Saturday. I sold tickets and I started to lose my voice at the end of the day on Saturday!! It was SO bitter cold and windy in the am and the lines were long outside just waiting to get in!!! Can you say brrrrrr.....chilley?>!! We had winter again. I could not believe it. When I left at 4 pm the sun was shining and it turned out to be a lovely day. It was SO nice seeing lots of my old/new friends and students. I wish more of you that told me you read my blog would leave me a comment!! Its so NOT hard and its kind of nice you know to get a *little blog love* every now and then!! However with me it is SO NOT a popularity contest with me!! I am so NOT like that....surprise!! Back to the fair! I was a very good girl at the Rubber Stamp and Scrapbooking Expo in the buying department on Saturday!! I tried really hard not to buy a lot of unneccesary *stuff* but trust me I wanted it BAD!! It was complete torture but I had restraint!! I did 3 Make and Takes and bought only two sheets of Graphic 45 paper. I myself am still in shock!! I was naughty on Friday and got a few treats at Smudgestwo The Greeting Farm stamps and I signed up for Leslie's upcoming Magnolia class. I am super excited about that one!! Finally Leslie you get to have me in your class!! One word....WARNING!! As soon as I left the stamp show on Saturday I headed for Archivers in Roseville as I *needed* some peony paper and fancy May Arts ribbon for my BIG Sunday Lunds class!! I did get a few other little treats and then a yummy Starbacks coffee. I hit the road and had to work extra hard on kiting. It was hard work but I pulled off another class. I have the nicest friends and students. It was so fun meeting Rosa!! Thanks Jan!! Tamara and I dined at Chipotle and then I rushed home to call Mama Ellie and Papa. I had to get the family scoop and dish with MOM. I miss my family so much. I hope I am NOT boring you. I'm so chatty for the middle of the nite when I should be in bed getting some beauty rest. Oh I did color my hair around 6 am on Saturday. Bye bye roots and thank goodness for Walgreens and the 10 minute hair color kits!!! You were a lifesaver!! Ok....signing off for now. Peace peeps. Love, Tami :)

365 Cards...Day-75....Coffee card challenge #2!!

This is an oldie but goodie and one of my favorite Memory Box stamps...little sweet Mr.Cocoa Bear however he is drinking a white mocha coffee in that mug of his!! I hope you likey!! Brrrrr....Nightie night Tami

Hello...Its Friday and I'm so sorry I totally forgot to crop this card last night and post it. I have so much on my mind right now. Its a good thing....classes!!!

I am working at the Minnesota State Fair Grounds tomorrow at the Rubber Stamp and Scrapbook EXPO. I'm sure I will be seeing lots of women I know. I can't wait. Right now I'm working like a mad woman on class kits for my Mixed Bag Class at the Plymouth Lunds on Sunday, May 17 at noon. I am still excepting signups if you want to join us. Just email me if you want to come. We always have so much fun.

I plan to post on Sunday nite. Did you see my guest blog card today on the Memory Box Blog? If not please check it out. Have a great weekend my friends. I am also teaching a Copic 101 class at Anchor Paper in St. Paul on University Ave next Tuesday, May 19 at 5 pm. The class officially starts at 5:30 and goes for 2 hours. Come early if you want to watch the Copic DVD. See you soon -or- catch you later!! LOL.

Oh...one more thing, I am teaching an All Occasion Cards class at Smudges on Wednesday, May 20 at 1 pm. Please email me or call the store to sign up. Again, thanks for the visit!! Tami :o)

365 Cards...Day-73...Tuesday's Trio Challenge!!

I know, I know Halloween in May? I just happen to have this leftover card kit from a Halloween class I taught last year at my annual stamping Halloween bash. I decided to use it for this card challenge as it foots the bill. It has circles, scallops and bling. There are two orange gem stickes on each side of the Martha Stewart ribbon. I hope you like it!! Its never too early to start making your Halloween cards. Good nite. Its super late here in MN. BOO.....Tami!!! Just call me crazy!!! My laptop keeps crashing and I'm still freaking out about it. TTYL and thanks for the visit. Happy Friday!! Wishing you lots of sunshine!! Be good!!

365 Cards...Day 75-Coffee card challenge!!

Here's my take on the coffee card challenge over at 365 cards. Better late than never. There are six stamps on the front. The scan is lousy but I used a Sakura white Souffle pen on the tiny flower centers. I hope you like it!! Please be sure to check out my Friday guest blog www.memorybox.com by clicking on the blinkie on my blog and be sure to leave me some love. I certainly need some after today's mishaps. Thanks for stopping by and have a happy Friday. Peace out. Tami :')

Totally awesome blog candy. check it out!!

http://passionforcrafts.blogspot.com/2009/05/birthday-blog-candy.html?commentPage=2

This is Debbie's blog in the UK. I just can't get over it!! Thanks for the heads up Candy!! I hope I win.

My laptop is acting up again and I'm freaking out! Got to go. Tami

Hi I'm back again. I am sick and tired of fighting with it.

I taught a COPIC 101 class tonight and get a load of this...I did NOT buy anything in the store. Another miracle but let's not forget I was in there shopping on Saturday. They have a great stamp of the month. I did get it!!!

Nightie night peeps. I'm watching Oprah and am sad Dr. Oz is leaving Oprah but I'm excited for him as his new 5-day medical show debuts Sept. 14. I love Doctor OZ. He is the best!! All the best to you.

I can't believe I missed Dancing with the Stars tonight. How could I forget?? Of all nites gosh darn it!!

Catch you later. I am so embarrassed about the picture of the stamp Donna B. won. Remember now I scan things and of course it was rather lumpy in my scanner!! I threw my old stamp rag (it was clean) over the stamp and then scanned it. My handwriting looks so bad too. Oh well...I'd take a nice prize any way I can win it. Glad you like it Donna!! Tomorrow is a full stamping day. Ciao bellas!! Tami

I have a WINNER!!!

Hello-
I apologize for not posting the winner sooner but I did do what I said I was going to do on Monday. I wrote every one's name that left me some blog love up through the end of Sunday. I stopped at Caribou Coffee for my weekly $1.00 Monday Caribou Blend Coffee. Right before I left I had the young girl that waited on me draw a name. I did shake the entries up really good before I went up to her. It was kind of embarrassing but I did it. What the heck?? You only live once!! LOL. Anyway guess who she drew? I had the BIGGEST smile on my face...the one and only Donna B. I met Donna at The Pine City Scrapbooking Co. in Pine City, MN and we became friends. She is just a riot and her art will blow your socks off!! I then recruited her to join our monthly ATC (Artist Trading Club) and she is just a great addiction to our group. We have lots of fun every month swapping ATCs and visiting. My friends are the best and so talented!! I must say we all really enjoy Donna's *grungy* work (think Tim Holtz, Jr.) I know I'm in BIG trouble for writing all this on my blog but its the gosh darn truth!! Donna, I'll owl-ways love you because you are a HOOT. You are now the proud owner of this sweet little owl stamp and guess what? You HAVE to make me a card with it!! HOO HOO...Tami? Yes girlfriend that's correct!! I will then put your masterpiece on my blog. You must check out Donna's blog. She really is a crafty woman!! Just look for her name on my blog and you will see her work. Congratulations!! Because you live local I will bring your Memory Box Tuffed Owl stamp and a little surprise from me to our next ATC gathering at Smudges and NO I have not made my ATCs yet but I am sure Erin has!!

Monday was an OK day but NOT a good stamping day. Have you ever had one of those days when you try so hard that no matter what you can't get your card to come together? Man I hate when that happens. I was a busy bee all nite and into the wee hours of the am. I did watch Dancing with the Stars so I can dish with my Mom when I talk to her next!! I do have a COPIC 101 class to teach on Tuesday nite at Plymouth Anchor Paper and I'm still accepting signups. I've also been working on my Sunday, May 17 Mixed Bag card class at Lunds in Plymouth. That class starts at 12 noon and we will be making 5 cards if you are interested. I've also been working on my upcoming Graphic 45 card classes at two different Anchor Papers. So much to do and so little time. Well I must hit the hay and hopefully get no more grays. That's another thing on my to do list. Have a great day! I am wondering if the birthday gal in Colorado received her *special* birthday card that I made for my guest debut blog on the Memory Box blog??? Sorry about my lousy scan of the owl stamp but I tried. Catch you later hopefully Tuesday nite. Thanks for the visit. Tami Smile!! :')

New postage stamps...I'm ordering on Monday!!

Any local friends want a book of these totally cool new postage stamps? The rate is increasing on Monday or Tuesday to .44 first class one ounce. If so, let me know. Its approx. $9 a book with shipping. Ouch!! What's a girl to do?? Let me know by Sunday nite as I'm ordering some online. They are just too cool to pass up so thanks for the heads up AMY (sweet gal in WA) my new cyber friend!!

I can't sleep once again so I'm on the laptop.

Again, happy Mom's Day. I love my MOM so so much. Big waves to MAMA *Ellie.* She is simply the best Mother ever. xoxoxoxo Can some one please tell me how to get hearts to type? I am so curious on that one? same with smileys?

I did do a *little* shopping today as I had to for my upcoming "Graphic 45" card classes at Anchor Paper. I have one in St. Paul this coming Saturday, May 16 at 10am and the other in Plymouth on Friday, May 22 at 10am. Anyone want to signup and make some totally awesome cards?? The class runs for 2.5 hours. If so, email me soon OK? We are making five gorgeous cards including envies. I plan to sell any leftover kits as a "class to go." Have a great day and thanks for the visit. Tami

Got Candy? Another card challenge-Day 68!!

Day 68-I want candy!! Well isn't that the truth!!! I love chocolate especially with nuts. I feel nuts after this week!! Its been a whirlwind and I'm so tired that I can barely type. Are you getting sick of me yet? I think I am making up for lost time. This is a silly card as we had to use candy on it or a candy stamp or sticker. Heck what do I know? I am new at this card challenge business but its in my blood and its fun but rather addicting. I need to recruit a few peeps!!

Do you have questions on this card? It didn't scan too well as its thick and lumpy. I used 6 different stamps, bling and ribbon. I put on the BLISS candies with double-stick tape. I had to try both kinds. Yum!

The rhinestone stickers are from Memory Box and the flowers are from Kaiser.

Good nite. I am still behind with my class samples. Tami

Think Pink!! 365 Cards....Day 67 Challenge!!

Please excuse me. I got so excited to get this card finished and I forgot to upload it. I hope you likey. Make sure you read my previous posts for today.

Tami Whami Stamper and now Scrapbooker!!

Pinky if finally done for 365 Cards daily Challenge!!

Day 67-Think Pink Card challenge. Wow I have two done out of 365 days. I know I'm all talk and NO action but some of you know why....Memory Box baby took highest priority and also scrapbooking. Just in case you do not know I'm a new Friday Guest Designer on Dave the owner of Memory Box's blog and I'm darn proud of myself and his awesome company. So there!! I will not talk about it anymore this weekend as I don't want to get a big head but thanks for the comments. It really does mean the world to me that you left me some love. It is so nice to read a comment when you have worked hard on something. I know I'm guilty of not always commenting but whatever. Now throw a little prize in the mix and people come out of the woodwork!! LOL.

This (designing and blogging and computer problems) all takes time trust me on this. Some days I want to pull my hair out and scream and throw my HP laptop out the window. And, I'm slow with designing which doesn't help matters but old habits are hard to break. I'm just so gosh darn fuzzy I meant fussy LOL and a really bad perfectionist for those of you that DO NOT know me yet.
Stewart
Back to my card for this rainy MN nite...I can not seem to get off the Martha Stewart butterfly punch kick. This little pink number took me over an hour to make and yet it is so simple. I used four punches, pink ribbon, pink ink to dye the white paper to match my brown and pink and brown dots paper, creamy brown and chestnut roan ink, and Versafine vintage sepia. The stamp is from Rubber Moon and the pink felt applique sticker is from Martha Stewart . I used pink pearls on the brown scalloped rectangle and my Cuttlebug Swiss dots folder on the small white circle under the double butterfly. Whew. I have to move on now to Graphic 45 as I have a class next Sat. May 16 at Anchor Paper (I have to look up which location). I love that paper line SO MUCH. I guess I love everything well almost everything.

Thanks for stopping by and remember to go to www.memoryboxco.com to see my first blog. I will be a guest designer for Memory Box every Friday and Nancy, my online friend does it every week too on Tuesdays I believe. I hope I have the day right for Nancy. Catch you later alligators. Please keep the love coming. We all need it!!! Tami Big Smiles!! ;]

HOPE and its Friday!!...Oh happy day!!

This card was made by my friend Sherry and its very important to me for several reasons. She has been an angel for me and its funny as I had this card she made in my *special stash!!* I think we did a trade for something awhile back but I just love this card so much. Sherry makes really awesome cards usually with buttons hence her blog name. I love the photo and if you only knew everything that has gone wrong in my life these past few weeks/months you would understand more why the word HOPE is SO important to me. Anyway, I am fine and am so very happy about my latest gig. I am now a Friday guest designer on Dave's Memory Box blog. He is the owner of this fabulous company and he asked me if I'd like to do it. Of course!! The funny part is I am friends with Nancy Pope and she's also a weekly contributor to Dave's blog. Her work is so nice and Nancy is just a sweetie pie. Her blog is listed on my blog. Please check out my very first post!! If you leave a comment on Dave's blog you will have a chance to win a little prize from me. You have until the end of Sunday, Mother's Day. If you come back to my blog anytime from now until the end of Sunday and leave me a comment telling me what you think I will put your name in "the hat" twice. I will write out each name on a real red ticket (I have a huge roll) and will have someone other than myself draw a name on Monday. I will post the winner on my blog and mail out the prize next week. How does this sound?? One item will be a Memory Box stamp and the other item(s) will be a surprise. Tami

PS...I have to tell you a couple things that happened yesterday some funny and some not so funny. First off, my power cord for my laptop died right in the middle of a very important project (my first Memory Box post). Of all days can you believe it? Meanwhile $110 later with the help of the Best Buy Geek Squad I am the proud owner of a new universal AC power adapter and that was the lowest priced one of three. We won't mention I recently replaced this cord from HP and my laptop has a new battery to boot. Can you say ouch and I really can't afford this!! Oh well those darn electronics. I also have tons of phone problems but I have most of those issues resolved with a few new phones. Next a funny thing. I drove to Wayzata after all my errands yesterday to get my *free* Oprah KFC grilled chicken dinner and they had NO chicken!! It was so frustrating but oh well. I knew it was too good to be true. Has anyone been able to get their free chicken dinner?? It was a special offer from Oprah this past week. I am laughing right now. After no chicken, I finally returned my overdue magazines I found in my living room and can you say ouch at .30 per day per magazine. Its my own fault. Next thing. I missed Ugly Betty but was able to see half of Gray's Anatomy. Oh I also had major photo ordering and printing problems on Tuesday and Wednesday with Walgreen's. Remember I'm scrapbooking now and I need these prints. I need to find my digital camera and get that baby working!! And now for the funny part. Last nite I wanted a glass of diet coke. I had bought a 2-liter bottle at Walgreen's and it was laying on its side in my fridge. When I opened the fridge, I accidently knocked out the bottle of soda as I was rushing so and so nerved up with my laptop and typepad problems. I also knocked the plastic lid off my egg container with the bottle and the eggs fell out onto the floor. Only two eggs broke but what a mess!! I had to scrub the entire kitchen floor as it was so disgusting. Have you ever tried to clean them up. It doesn't work too well with a sponge. It was so gross. OK I'm a little cracked!!!

Anyway I am going to make two cards now and I think I will scrapbook later and possibly on Saturday at Archiver's?? Its a big maybe at this point. I have to get two cards made for 365 Cards blog challenge to please my new cyber friends and Sherry!! I am SO addicted to this site and its really fun to do the challenge. I have only done one but plan to do more. Please remember to check out me on the Memory Box blog!! Dave has five blogs and I need to take the time and check them all out too. THANKS SO MUCH!! Lots of love from me to you. Tami

Lastly, A BIG shout out to my good friend Mary in NH. She always helps me. Her blog is listed on my blog as well as Sherry's. All my friends are SO great and awesome stampers/yes scrapbookers too. You are all very important to me whether you have a blog or not. I love all my friends so much. xxoxoxoo Peace!!

Somewhere over the RAINBOW...

Hello my friends. Finally I wrote out this card for my middle sister and got it off to Boston. I LOVE Memory Box stamps especially the adorable penguins and pandas. I must admit I have quite the collection!! Anyway this card is paper pieced and I actually colored on the Memory Box paper with my Copics a tad bit. I used my new Martha Stewart border punch. I had to mail off five cards to New England today (two Mother's Day) in padded envelopes no less and I was stressing big time as Monday is my Dad's birthday plus two other special friends. I've yet to make those birthday cards. One of the cards I mailed today was purchased at Walgreen's last weekend for my nephew who is 16. It was an adorable and BIG Hallmark dog card. I know, shame on me but I didn't have time to mess around. Even though I am a stamping instructor in the Twin Cities I'm really bad at mailing out cards. I frequently buy them at Caribou, Target, Hallmark or bookstores if I'm pressed for time. I know, BAD Tami!!

It was so humid this afternoon and then it started to get really windy and dark around 5:30. I decided to treat myself to a Starbuck's iced coffee. Of course while I was in there enjoying my coffee it started to rain like cats and dogs. I then went next door to Rainbow to do a little grocery shopping. After coming out of Starbuck's I couldn't help but notice the most beautiful twin rainbows. I was just blown away by their beauty. I sat in my car and just enjoyed them for a few minutes. Have you ever done this before? The colors were so vivid especially on the predominant one and I couldn't help but think about art and color. The word HOPE kept surfacing in my mind. Recently I've been *a little blue* and have gone through some serious rough patches in my life but today I realized there is hope. I kept thinking about the song "Somewhere, over the rainbow." I hope if you are still reading this long post I am not sounding too mushy. My afternoon experience seemed to tie in with my little penguin card as well as me and my family out east. I think this is an adorable little 3.5 x 5" 4-BAR penguin card that just speaks sunshine and smiles. Speaking of rain, even though I knew we where going to have a storm why didn't I use one of my four umbrellas in my car? I guess I just didn't care if I got wet or not!! Now I am thinking about how I used to play in the rain when I was a little kid. Anyway, thanks for stopping by and I'm going to start updating my blog more. For those of you local that take my classes I'm going to try really hard to squeeze in a weekday May class at Smudges as well as a Sunday May class at Lunds. Please email me if you have any questions or comments. I hope to have these two additonal classes in place by the end of the week. Lastly, I've started a scrapbooking project. I'm working on a mini 6 x 6" album for my little sister and I'd like to thank Sherry and Mary too for helping me get started. I really do LOVE it!! I am sending sunshine your way. SMILE!! Tami :')

PS...Sherry (Button Junkie) blog told me about 365 Cards blog and I'm hooked. Its in my blood now and I want to do it every day but I haven't been able to. I have never really done any card challenges but I'm very drawn to this site. Such nice ladies and so much inspiration. I will be back soon with my PINK card challenge hopefully soon. It was today's challenge. I must do this one....PINK? Come on now!! I've made lots of pink cards in my days.

Remember one very important thing: Nice matters. I read these beautiful words on a *blinkie* somewhere on some one's blog this week and I want it on my blog really bad. I don't know how to do it nor do I remember where I saw it?? Can anyone out there please help me???? I was able to figure out the Memory Box *blinkie* (little company logo) for those of you that don't know what that is. LOL!! Isn't Dave's little birdie just the sweetest?? Again, thanks for stopping by. Peace out.

Card challenge for Mother's Day!!...Day 65

This is my first post for Day 65-Mother's Day Card on 365 Cards Blog. I just found out about this awesome blog from my friend Sherry Button Junkie and I just had to beat her to the punch today. I think she will be shocked to see I actually participated when she gets up.

My card is 5.5" square and I used Basic Grey paper and coral chalk ink for edging. I stamped the Happy Mother's Day sentiment in a pretty green Momento ink. There are also green rhinestones from Memory Box below the sentiment. I used the St. Up corner punch and I pricked little holes in the larger corner punch out located on the upper left corner with a paper piercer on top of a foam pad. I used a Prima flower, a fancy pink flower cut from Maya Arts ribbon from Archiver's and I used Stickles on the middle of the flower. The three tiny butterflies are from a Martha Stewart punch and I popped their wings up. Then I painted Stickles (glitter glue on them with a small paintbrush-no mess). Thanks for stopping by. I am SO excited about this *new* 365 Cards blog. Sherry my friend, I will see you at Archiver's later on today but for now I must get some beauty rest. Its wicked late right now and I can't sleep again. Tami...nightie night!!

A card from the Button Junkie!!

Blogger won't let me post so Sherry's card will have to wait until Monday. I am so sorry. I know I'm such a tease. I guess you will just have to stop back later.

I'm trying again a few hours later so wish me luck.

Woo Hoo.....I have two followers!!

I'm moving up in Blogland and man I can hardly stand it. I now have two followers thanks to my *Button Junkie* friend Sherry www.buttonjunkie.blogspot.com . You need to check out her awesome blog!! Here's the card Sherry made for me just because she was thinking about me and I totally love it!! Thanks ever so much girlfriend. It certainly brightened my day. We met early this morning at Caribou Coffee. Then of course a quick visit to Michael's! Do you think I bought anything? Guess again. Yes-sir-re-bob. I just had to purchase another Martha Steward border punch and its all Sherry's fault. The sad part is I'm not 100% sure if I already own it? Sad fact but true!! Can anyone relate to what I'm saying??

I hope to post one of my Memory Box cards I made for my middle sister when I get home late Monday nite. The truth is I can't find where I put it. I just hate when I can't find things!! Do you ever have that problem and waste so much time looking for something?? Drives me nuts.

I have some rather BIG news!! I'm going to scrapbook tomorrow!! Yes, you heard me right...I will be SCRAPBOOKING my very first chipboard album!! I am majorly excited about going to Archiver's tomorrow for some good cropping fun!! Sherry will hopefully be there for me as this is a big step for me!! I've been fighting it for probably a decade. No lie!! Now I just have to pick the pictures up and I'm good to go. Oh yes, I must finish packing. That's exhausting too!! LOL!! I hope you have enjoyed Sherry's beautiful card and thanks for stopping by. It was a beautiful day in MN. Sunshine makes me happy (think John Denver) and so do the big bowl of pansies on my deck thanks to Wendy. I hope you all have a great week. Tami

I'm back....Happy May Day!!

I apoligize for my lack of blogging but I honestly have not felt like it. I mailed this card off to my little sister today. I made it a long time ago at The Gathering in White Bear, MN. Lots of my friends tell me my cards look so much better in real life and I have to agree. I am going to try and stamp more this month. I have been busy with some personal things. I do have several May classes booked at two Anchor Paper stores and I hope to add one at Smudges and another at Lunds. Thanks for your visit if anyone is still reading my blog. Tami
